Personal and commercial licenses are separate
The USD $49.99 one-time personal license covers an individual purchaser's non-commercial home use, personal projects, hobbies, own education, and everyday activities. Personal study does not become organizational use solely because the purchaser is enrolled at a school. Personal use excludes performing employment duties, providing services to clients, operating or promoting a business, developing work intended for commercial sale or paid distribution, and performing a school's, charity's, nonprofit's, employer's, business's, or other organization's operations or services. A personally owned device, unpaid work, nonprofit status, or a one-person business does not authorize an otherwise excluded use. Before using VANTA OS for commercial activity involving a personal project, obtain a separate commercial license; this restriction does not transfer ownership of independently owned content.
Any business or organizational deployment requires a separate written commercial agreement with Titan Forge Industries, LLC. This includes organizations planning to use the software or obtain multiple seats. Personal keys do not authorize shared accounts, pooled organizational seats, commercial deployment, or resale.
Quotes and annual invoicing
Commercial licenses are billed by a yearly invoice under a separately signed agreement. Pricing, licensed entities, seat/device counts, annual term, invoice due dates, renewals, cancellation, deployment rights, support commitments, security requirements, data-processing terms, and refund rules are specified in an agreement signed by authorized representatives of Titan Forge and the licensed entity. A quote supplies contractual terms only if the signed agreement expressly incorporates it. Unless that agreement states otherwise, it controls over an incorporated quote and this Policy. The personal license's price, device allowance, beta-update inclusion, minimum licensing-service period, and voluntary refund policy are not commercial terms unless expressly incorporated.
This Policy is not an order form or a complete enterprise contract. It creates no automatic renewal, recurring card charge, seat allocation, reseller right, enterprise service level, or permission to deploy. An inquiry, unsigned quote, purchase order, payment alone, or purchase of a personal license does not create a commercial license. Do not send a commercial payment until authorized representatives have signed the applicable agreement.
